A desktop utility search gives you a clear picture of the underground utilities on or near your site. This can include:

We contact the relevant statutory undertakers and independent asset owners, review their records against your site boundary, and bring the findings together into one clear PDF report.

Covers all statutory and independent asset owners, including gas, electricity, water mains & sewerage, telecoms and fibre, District Heat Networks, transport and pipelines.

Core Utility Search

Quoted to your requirements

Every quotation reflects the utility asset owners identified within your site boundary. Some asset owners charge a fee to supply their records. These disbursements are passed on to you at cost, with zero markup. Our own service fees are fixed.

You don't have to wait for the final report to start reviewing the information. As responses are received, utility plans and other relevant information are made available through a shared drive, allowing you to see the latest information straight away while we complete your report.
